1: You are the new Miss Ireland- has it sunk in yet?

Honestly, I am still processing and digesting the news as being the new Miss Ireland 2013 so it definitely hasn’t 100% sunk in yet. It probably wont sink in fully until I actually get on the plane to fly to Indonesia for Miss World. But I had a day off this week to do normal things like go to Tesco and I've found myself having particular moments where I'm just smiling to myself and reflecting on what an achievement it is.



2: What has the past week been like since you scooped the crown?

The last week has been totally crazy, the first two days I spent most of my time organising what I’m going to do for Miss World which was so surreal. Then I had my first ever photo shoot on Wednesday. The shoot was for RSVP magazine and it was everything I expected a photo shoot to be like. There beautiful glamorous dresses in the backdrop of the Morrison Hotel. I had so much fun and will never forget it as my first shoot. I cant wait to see the results.There are numerous diversified high heels at christian louboutin shoes for sale. I also had my official Miss Ireland 2013 shot wearing the crown with Evan Doherty and attended the restaurant Brasserie 7 ‘s opening finishing off with some yummy food. 3: What will the next few weeks involve now in preparation for Miss World in Indonesia?

I will definitely be preparing for every part of Miss World. For the talent section I plan to either sing or dance, whatever will work best for me on the night. I also plan to increase my fitness regime to prepare for the sports challenge in Miss World. I not much of a gym bunny as I much rather go for a run in the fresh air along the beach. I’m really looking forward to starting my work with Autism Action Ireland.

I literally cannot leave the house without wearing a watch. I feel naked without one! I got a beautiful Marc Coblen watch for winning Miss Ireland and it came with different coloured straps. I will definitely be wearing it every day and I’m looking forward to matching straps with different outfits. The watch has a large rose gold face which is very on trend at the moment.



6: What are your favourite high street stores?

7: Do you follow a diet and an exercise regime?

I'm actually really lucky because I have a high metabolism and that does a lot of the work for me. But it doesn’t mean I neglect the way I eat or look after myself. I really try and eat healthily and I love fruit especially pineapple so that helps. But I definitely don’t feel guilty if I eat pizza or pasta because I love Italian food. But my true weakness is chocolate.



8: Aside from modelling and Miss Ireland what are your other ambitions in life?

There are lots of things I want to do within my life. I would love to work within this industry and Miss Ireland is the best platform for that. I have previously worked in youth reach programs and adult education which I thoroughly enjoyed and would love to work in this area again on another level. I wish to travel extensively as I have a huge interest in other countries and cultures and would love to experience all the world has to offer. But I wish to never stop moving and I truly hope that within my life I will always have the passion to move and learn and travel. I hope to still have the desire to achieve and to try new things and to always challenge myself by learning something new and exciting throughout my life. 9: Who do you admire?

I really admire Adi Roche not just because she is from my hometown of Clonmel but because of the extensive work she has done for peace and humanitarian aid. And of course she is founder the Chernobyl Children’s Project, providing aid to the children of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. I think she is a wonderful and has made a phenomenal difference to so many lives.
